Dear Parents, Students and Families,

I hope you are all well.

As you are probably aware the State Government has announced an easing of restrictions beginning on Friday 11th June. This includes an expected return to school for all Melbourne metro schools.

As you would be aware, the College has a scheduled student free day on Friday 11th June. This day will remain as planned. This is an important day for our staff and arrangements cannot be changed.

Students at Cranbourne Secondary College will return to onsite classes on Tuesday 15th June.

This is also the beginning of classes for Semester 2.

I look forward to seeing all our students return on this day.

The Department of Education will be informing schools in the coming days of any other COVID safe practices and processes that need to remain in place at the College. It is reasonable to assume that this will involve the continued use of appropriate face coverings.

Further details regarding the return to school will be communicated to year levels as required.

I would like to thank you for your support and patience during this recent remote and flexible learning period.

Stay safe, well (and warm!)

David Caughey
College Principal
