Swimming carnival on Tuesday, 10 March at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre.
All year 7 and 8 students will be attending. There will be no scheduled classes running at school for Year 7 and 8 students.
Year 9 to 12 students who have signed up will be attending. All other 9 to 12 students who are not attending will attend their scheduled classes as normal.
It is not compulsory for year 7 and 8 students to swim in the competitive races; however, it is compulsory for the year 9-12 students who signed up.

- Competitive events to progress to division
- 50m Freestyle
- 50m Backstroke
- 50m Breaststroke
- 50m Butterfly
- Other activities
- 4 x 50 Freestyle relay – any gender and year level, you just need a team of 4
- Year 7 and 8 Novelty events for house points
- Invisi-bottle challenge – Can you find your house’s bottle submerged at the bottom of the pool before the other houses?
- T-shirt Relay – can your team get the t-shirt across the pool whilst wearing it before the other houses?
- Year 7 water volleyball
- Year 8 water volleyball.
- All Year Level activities
- Points swim
- All year levels – get points for your house by swimming one lap of the pool.
- Water slide
- Wellbeing run lawn activities
- Basketball Ring
- Senior Novelty Pool Float Relay.
- Senior students are allowed to bring their own novelty pool float to have a race in the pool as our last event of the day
The canteen will be open on the day for food purchases.
