Student Free Day
Jun 14 all-day

Due to the approval of the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) leading to the implementation of the next Victorian Government Schools Agreement, all schools are required to put in a student free day before the end of Term 2. Some schools have pre-arranged this day in anticipation of the agreement being approved. At Cranbourne SC I made the decision to wait until the agreement was approved. This has now occurred, and I must now put this day into place.

On Tuesday 14th of June the following classes will not be occurring:
Year 7 to 10 classes
VCE and VCAL classes
The Year 10 VET taster program

The following classes will operate as normal:
VET classes onsite and offsite

I appreciate your support and understanding.

Thanks,
David Caughey
College Principal

Colour Explosion Carnival
Jun 24 all-day

To celebrate the achievements of our whole school community for Semester One, all students are staff will be attending the Colour Explosion Carnival.

The Colour Explosion Carnival will be held on school grounds. The day will consist of a whole school celebration assembly, a carnival with inflatable attractions, food, games, stalls and activities. The day will end with a fun run where students will be covered in colour powder.

Please wear a plain white t-shirt and old pants/shorts/tights and old shoes. Colour powder will wash out of clothing and shoes but it is advised that you don’t wear anything new. Please note that colour powder can stain blonde or light colour hair. It will wash out after a few washes.

Cultivating Creative Cultures with Communities’ – This ‘4C’s’ cultural performance showcase will blow you away! The 4C’s program was started by Laitini Matautia 16 years ago as a means of including and engaging students from diverse backgrounds by giving them the opportunity to celebrate their heritage and culture in a student-led project.
In partnership with a number of schools from across the region, students will perform cultural dances and musical acts at the Bunjil Place Theatre.
